Fiona Dacombe Sydney Marriage Celebrant

Legal Requirements

The first step is to email me [email protected] or phone me 0411194119 so that we can arrange a meeting and discuss at length your dreams and requirements for your special day.

You will need to fill in the NOIM 13 form, which I will supply for you on the day of our meeting, or you can download the form from the Attorney Generals Department by clicking on the link below.

This form must be lodged with me at least 1 month and 1 day before your wedding date and is valid for 18 months.

I will need to see either an Australian Birth Certificate or current overseas passport as proof of identity.

If your original Birth Certificate cannot be found you will need to apply for a new one at the Department of Births Death and Marriages.

Simply click on the link below for the application form. This can take up to 3 weeks so leave enough time.

If either party has been married before The Decree Absolute must be sighted or a Death Certificate if either party has been widowed.

On your Wedding Day you will also need two witnesses over the age of 18 years.

(For overseas couples this can be arranged if required).
